Leading the Strategy & Insights team, James has over 20 years of experience developing data-driven technology enabled solutions for the world’s most successful brands, including: Starwood, Mead Johnson Nutrition, IBM, Unilever, AT&T, and American Express.

Joining us from Epsilon, James brings a proven track record of successfully leading integrated cross-agency engagements and cross-functional teams on global accounts.

As a recognized thought leader, James has been featured in Ad Age, Huffington Post, and Digiday. He is a Hobart College graduate and completed graduate coursework at NYU.

What was your first job? 
I had a little company doing dump runs and painting houses. I didn't make much money, but I successfully drove my father's pickup truck into the ground.

What is the most unique experience ever had?
Cage diving with great white sharks in South Africa.

What would your bumper sticker about leadership say?
The best leaders are those with the best people.

What was the first concert you ever went to?
Billy Squire at Madison Square Garden. I think Ratt was the opening band!
