With over 15 years of Marketing/Strategy experience, Meghan leads the Strategy & Analytics team comprised of strategists, data analysts and data scientists. Meghan joined HelloWorld in 2011 and prior to that, she held a variety of marketing and operational roles at Borders and T-Mobile.

Q. What was your first job?
I was a receptionist at a hair salon in high school.
Q. What is the most unique experience you've ever had?
Traveling to the Galapagos Islands was one of the most amazing trips I’ve ever made. Each island felt like a different world with unique vegetation and wildlife. Snorkeling with sea lions and penguins playfully swimming around you was thrilling. Speaking of thrilling... sky diving in Hawaii was also high on my list.
Q. What is a skill you are glad you have but rarely use?
I'm glad I know how to drive a manual transmission even though they are rarely found in cars now. My husband is a car fan and loves driving a stick shift so this has given me brownie points over the years.
Q. What is the number one trait you look for in candidates?
A curious mind. Whether it's the desire to determine the key drivers of results or identifying industry trends, the hunger to understand the "why behind the why" is a critical mindset to have for our team.
