The Forrester report assesses the state of the loyalty technology solutions market and how thirteen vendors compare against each other across 28 criteria. The evaluation examines current offerings including loyalty management, personalization and user experience, strength of strategy, and overall market presence.
HelloWorld, a digital marketing solutions provider focused on promotion and loyalty solutions, was acquired by Merkle in January 2018 and recently combined with Merkle’s LoyaltyPlus™ solution to create an industry-leading technology and consumer engagement practice.
